Play Therapy

Play Therapy

Play is a child's first language, and play therapy lets us listen. Instead of asking kids to sit and talk about big feelings, we join them on the floor with toys, art, sand, and stories so they can show us what's going on inside. This approach can ease tantrums, anxiety, grief, school struggles, and reactions to family changes or trauma. We also involve caregivers, so you're not left guessing what to do at home. Michelle's 30 years of child and family work guide every session, keeping your child safe, seen, and understood while we gently work toward calmer days and closer relationships.
